Before purchasing any consultation or nutrition program, we kindly request all clients to review the following refund policy.
No Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments made for consultations, diet plans, or nutrition programs are non-refundable.
Once a service has been booked or a diet plan has been prepared, cancellations and refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.
This policy is in place because diet plans and nutrition programs are personalized services created specifically for each client based on their health information and requirements.
Rescheduling of Consultation
In certain situations, consultation appointments may be rescheduled, subject to availability. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please inform us in advance so that we can attempt to reschedule your appointment.
However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend on availability.
Payment Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Once payment is completed, it indicates that the client has read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
