“IDAMR , we believe most individuals are smart and well-intended, and we're not willing to tell people what to do. However we are committed in establishing a secure, professional and mutual trust working atmosphere where diversity and inclusion are appreciated and where everyone has the right to be treated with courtesy and regard. We are not going to tolerate any type of participant harassment”.

Examples of harassment include, but are not limited to:-

1. If a participant witnesses bullying, harassment or aggression events, we suggest that they approach the individual concerned to demonstrate assistance and verify how they are. The witness may also want to suggest reporting the inappropriate behavior to the individual. It is up to the impacted individual alone, however, whether they want to report it or not.

2. If respondents want to share a speaker's pictures on social media, we highly suggest that they get approval from the corresponding speaker first. Participants may also share the talks / slides content via social media unless speakers have asked that specific details/slides not to be shared.

3. For all matters relating to this code, participants can contact organizers, who are designated as the contact points. Participants may report to these designates in confidence any breach of these rules. If asked to prevent inappropriate behaviour, respondents are anticipated to comply instantly and may be requested to leave the conference without reimbursement in severe instances. IDAMR will not tolerate retaliation against anyone reporting this code of conduct infringements.

4. During the meeting, we expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers to follow the Code of Conduct. This involves conference-related social activities off-site and in related social media.

“Thank you for assisting to create conferences in IDAMR 2026 welcome to everyone”.
